5-star review

"The website turned out exactly how I wanted — professional, clean, easy to use, and built to a very high standard. Communication was spot on throughout, everything was handled efficiently, and nothing was too much trouble. Really happy with the final result and would highly recommend to anyone needing a quality website built properly."

Sounds familiar?

If any of these are you, a proper website fixes it - quietly, in the background.

// no site

"My mate's lad did it for fifty quid."

And it looks like it. Customers check your website before they ring - if it looks dated, they move on to someone who looks the part.

// leaky funnel

"I get enquiries, but half of them are time-wasters."

A contact form that just says "message us" invites anyone. A smart quote tool asks the right questions first, so the ones that reach you are ready to book.

// no time

"I'm too busy running the business to sort a website out."

That's exactly it. You shouldn't have to. You answer a few questions once, we build it and keep it running for you.

  • Every answer lands in your inbox, sorted
  • Included with the Standard package

Your customer answers a few quick questions. No account needed, and it takes 30 seconds.

No templates. No filler.

01

Written around your business, not a template

We learn what you do and write the copy for you - no filler, no "welcome to our website."

02

Built for phones first

Most of your visitors are on a phone. Your site is built to look sharp and load fast there, then scale up to desktop.

03

Registered in your name from day one

Your domain, your hosting, your accounts - all in your name. No being held to ransom if you ever move on.

04

A site that actually gets you enquiries

Clear calls to action, the smart quote tool and pages set up so the right people find you and get in touch.

Three steps. No meetings. No faff.

Start your order
1

Tell us what you do

Fill in a short brief - services, areas, and what kind of customers you want more of. Ten minutes, tops.

2

We build it, you check it

Your site is built in three to five days. You review it, we tweak it, then we open it up for a final look.

3

Go live and start getting enquiries

We publish it, register everything in your name, and it starts working for you - quietly, in the background.

Local & remote

Based in Chesterfield. Working anywhere.

We're based in Chesterfield but the whole service runs remotely - brief, drafts, feedback and sign-off all happen online. No travel time baked into your bill, no diary tetris.

That means it works exactly the same whether you're next door or on the other side of the country. We work with small businesses across the UK and beyond.

Most business owners don't want to manage a website. This add-on handles hosting, security, backups and small updates - when something needs changing, you send one email and it gets done. No dashboards, no support tickets.

You deal with the person building your site - no account managers, no handoffs, no outsourcing.

FAQs

Fair questions. Straight answers.

I already get enough work through word of mouth.

For now. Word of mouth is brilliant - until it slows down. A quiet month hits different when you've got no website picking up the slack. Customers who don't know you personally will Google before they call. If you're not there, someone else is.

I can get a website for fifty quid or just use Wix.

You can. And you'll spend a weekend swearing at it, end up with something that looks like every other template site, and still have to write all the words yourself. Our sites are hand-built around your business, written for you, and designed to get enquiries - not just exist.

Do you only build websites for trades?

No. Trades are where Kwise Web started and they're still a big part of the work - but we build for salons, clinics, gyms, tutors, cleaners, consultants, and other small service businesses too. If your business runs on enquiries, the approach is the same.

Do you only work with businesses near Chesterfield?

No. Kwise Web is based in Chesterfield and works with plenty of businesses around Derbyshire and Sheffield, but the whole process runs online - brief, drafts, feedback, launch. We work with small businesses across the UK, and with clients in the US, Australia, and other English-speaking markets.

How do I know it'll actually get me work?

Honestly? No one can guarantee leads - anyone who does is lying. What we can guarantee: your site will be structured to rank locally, written to convert visitors into enquiries, and set up with forms that qualify leads before you ring them back.

What if I don't like it?

You see a full draft before anything goes live. If it needs changes, we make them. Nothing launches without your say-so.

I don't have time to sort all this out.

That's the whole point. You fill in a short brief - takes about ten minutes - and we handle the rest. We write the copy, build the site, set up the forms. You just check it and say "yeah, that's good" or "change that bit."

How long does a website take to build?

Most sites go from brief to first draft in 3-5 days. After you approve, it's usually live within the week.
